Aug Meeting Agenda

  1. Camp security
    - Change Lock combo
    - Remind all to secure property
  2. Each committee chair to present their plan of action
  3. Importance of leaving the power on
  4. All stand work to be completed by September 23rd
  5. Camp work days set for August 25th and September 8th
  6. Family Day - Oct 13
  7. Russelville Property: If you have not signed the liability release, you lost the right to hunt this property for this season. If you are caught on the property, you will be considered trespassing.
  8. Riffle Raffle Update
  9. Treasury Report
  10. Propose/Vote to restrict shooting doe in a food plot from 1 NOV - 22 NOV (Thanksgiving Day).
  11. Propose/Vote to add Plum Creek property (approx 330 acres) to TWC properties at a cost of $100 dues increase effective 2008 (next year)
    - Note 1: This will raise all future dues from $500 --> $600 per year/member
    - Note 2: This is assuming we have enough to cover the initial lease in the current budget
  12. 4 deer sanctuary locations identified.
    1. Area 50 - bottom of the Wilwell property (currently in #53)
    2. Area "T" - Middle of Russelville - complete (moved from #9 - Holiday Inn)
    3. Area 2o something - moved to the connecting road between #21 and #24. May not be 200 yards from #22 but is at least 125 yards and you obviously can't see it. It was going to be way too difficult to place this in the pines as discussed. No good trails or roads will make this almost impossible to keep up unless we do a bunch of work.
    4. Area 69 - between 67-69 (Still in #8)
And there was a 5th area we will likely locate in the new property down city pond rd.
